You

Jesus loves you. Jesus loves you and understands you and wants you. He put life inside your body when you were conceived in your mother's womb (if He hadn't, you wouldn't be alive!) and a plan was set in motion for your life before you ever came into this world. You are important! You matter! You are here for a reason! You have a purpose!
Eleanor Roosevelt once said "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.". Their opinion of you is true only if you agree. What matters more than anything is your opinion of yourself! What you think about yourself tends to become true. Sometimes we think that no one loves us or thinks we're worth anything and maybe it's because we really aren't worth anything. We take other people's word for it thinking that they know us better than we know ourselves!
You may not be "pretty" or "handsome". You may not be "book-smart". You may not have great "social skills". You may be "poor". These are all outward appearances and don't represent the real you! That's what's so wonderful about the way Jesus loves you; He looks at the inside of you! Jesus judges your heart, the real you way down inside, the part people can't see! Jesus sees you, not things about you! People love things about you, but He loves you! People love the way you look, the way you smile, your laugh, your personality, the way you dress, your style, your sense of humor, etc. Jesus loves you! Jesus loves you when you look funny, dress funny, talk funny and act funny. Jesus loves you! Jesus loves you in spite of the things about you!
If you think you are not loved, you're wrong. If you think you're unimportant and useless, you're wrong. If you think no one cares whether you live or die, you're wrong. You've never been more wrong. Jesus loves you. And because He loves you, so do I. You are important to me. Love yourself.... you're worth it.

It is unfair to draw too tight a comparison between abortion in America and the Holocaust in Nazi Germany. There are significant differences. First, the Holocaust was carried out, by and large, in secret. The rank and file Germans had no idea what was going on. We, on the other hand, every last one of us, woke up today knowing that four thousand babies would die today. We, on the other hand, have four thousand mothers, every day, who knowingly do this. We, on the other hand, have four thousand fathers, boyfriends and husbands who every day encourage this. The Holocaust lasted roughly ten years, and the Nazi's killed roughly six million people. The significance of blood in the sacrificial system is that it represents life. The Old Testament repeatedly makes the point that "the life of the flesh is in the blood" (Lev. 17:11). Therefore, when the blood is poured out, the life is poured out. That's significant, because under the covenant of works in the garden, the penalty that was laid down for disobedience was death. God required that penalty for sin. That is why Jesus had to die to accomplish the atonement. When the blood is shed and the life is poured out, the penalty is paid. Nothing short of that penalty will do. ~ RC Sproul
